Rate The Debate 2008

Last night, October 7th, I was the official photographer for the Rate the Debate 2008 event. My J201 professor, Tiffany Gallicano, offered me this amazing opportunity and also got me the major hookups with the Photojournalism department. I was using the biggest lens I have EVER came in contact with and one of the most respected, old-school journalism cameras out there… The Canon EOS 30D. Hells yeah…

The event went very well. UO students gathered in Columbia 150 to watch and discuss the Presidential Debate. Participants used their IClickers to vote on questions chosen by teachers to determine who won the debate.

Feel free to browse and use these photos if you like! Please tag a shout out with my name and school or at least a link to my blog. Anything helps =) Thanks!

It’s great see so many people involved in this race and watching the debates. I’d be interested to hear or see who won the debate.
